Key Responsibilities Supervise & Coordinate daily shop-floor operations. Ensure Production targets & deadlines are met. Allocate work to operators and monitor their performance. Maintain product quality standards & reduced rework/rejection. Implement safety practices ensure compliance with company/statutory norms Train & guide workers for improving efficiency. Monitor use of machines, materials and manpower to minimize wastages. Prepare & maintain production report. Coordinate with quality, maintenance & store departments for smooth workflow. Identify area of improvement and suggest solutions. Required Skills & Competencies Strong leadership & management skills. Knowledge of production processes, machines & safety practices. Good interpersonal skills Basic computer knowledge. Qualification & Experience: Diploma in mechanical/production or related field. 1-2 years of experience in related field.
