Quality Executive

As a Quality Executive at Autoprint, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the quality and compliance standards of our machinery throughout the production process. Your attention to detail and commitment to excellence will be essential in ensuring the reliability and performance of our products. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct thorough quality inspections at various stages of production - Perform Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) and Final Goods (FG) checks - Carry out assembly and spot inspections to identify any defects or issues - Maintain detailed documentation and prepare reports on quality findings - Conduct supplier quality audits to ensure compliance with standards - Identify problems and implement effective resolutions - Manage calibration of tools and equipment to maintain accuracy - Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance quality standards - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues - Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations Qualifications Required: - Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering (DME / BE Mechanical) - Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a quality control or inspection role - Proficient in interpreting mechanical drawings and using inspection tools - Strong skills in documentation and report writing - Experience with cylindrical grinding, CNC reports, and calibration - Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Willingness to travel for supplier audits when necessary Join Autoprint's Quality Control team and be part of a dynamic environment where your expertise will make a significant impact on the quality and reliability of our products.,
