Role Overview: As a Quality Executive in the non-voice BPO industry, you will play a crucial role in monitoring, evaluating, and ensuring the quality of data and processes to meet organizational standards and client expectations. Your responsibilities will include analyzing performance trends, identifying improvement opportunities, and collaborating with team members to enhance service delivery. Key Responsibilities: - Monitor data and other communications for quality assurance. - Analyze data to ensure compliance with company and client-specific guidelines. - Identify gaps in processes and recommend corrective actions. - Prepare and maintain quality reports and dashboards. - Highlight trends, performance issues, and areas for improvement. - Share actionable insights with the operations team and management. - Collaborate with team leads and trainers to refine processes. - Suggest improvements in workflows to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. - Participate in calibration sessions to ensure alignment on quality parameters. - Ensure all quality protocols and procedures are followed. - Document audit results, non-compliance, and corrective actions. - Maintain up-to-date records of quality reviews and training sessions. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree in any discipline. - 3-4 years of experience in quality assurance or a related role in the BPO industry. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). - Familiarity with quality management tools and frameworks (e.g., Six Sigma) is a plus. - Attention to detail and ability to work under minimal supervision.
