Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure the delivery of high-quality applications, while applying your business and functional knowledge to develop comprehensive testing strategies. You will focus on enhancing the quality processes and methodologies, ensuring that the testing lifecycle is efficient and effective, ultimately driving quality across the application lifecycle. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate communication between team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals. - Encourage a culture of continuous improvement by promoting Agile best practices and methodologies. - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate continuous improvement initiatives to enhance team performance and quality outcomes. - Mentor junior team members to foster their professional growth and development. Professional & Technical Skills: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Scrum. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required. - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Scrum. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Agile project management tools. - Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and frameworks. - Ability to coach teams in Agile practices and principles. - Experience in conflict resolution and team dynamics. - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Scrum. - Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and frameworks. - Experience in developing and implementing testing strategies. - Ability to analyze and interpret testing metrics to drive improvements. - Familiarity with defect management tools and processes.
