Quality Engineering Lead (Test Lead)

Project Role Description :

Leads a team of quality engineers through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Applies business and functional knowledge to develop end-to-end testing strategies through the use of quality processes and methodologies. Applies testing methodologies, principles and processes to define and implement key metrics to manage and assess the testing process including test execution and defect resolution.

15 years full time educationSummary: As a Quality Engineering Lead, you will lead a team of quality engineers, guiding them through the complexities of multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure the delivery of high-quality applications. You will focus on developing comprehensive testing strategies, applying your business and functional knowledge to enhance the overall quality across the application lifecycle. You will also be responsible for implementing key metrics to manage and assess the testing process, ensuring effective test execution and defect resolution. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in quality engineering. - Continuously evaluate and improve testing methodologies to align with industry best practices. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Testing. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Life Sciences. - Strong understanding of quality assurance processes and methodologies. - Experience in developing and implementing end-to-end testing strategies. - Proficient in test execution and defect management. - Ability to analyze and report on testing metrics to drive improvements. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Salesforce Testing. - This position is based at our Chennai office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
