Quality Engineer – U Stamp Manufacturing (Vessels & Heat Exchangers)

Role Overview:

The Quality Engineer with expertise in U Stamp manufacturing processes for pressure vessels and heat exchangers plays a crucial role in ensuring that products meet the highest quality standards. With a strong understanding of ASME codes and certifications, this professional will oversee quality control procedures, conduct inspections, and ensure compliance with all regulatory and technical requirements during production.

Key Responsibilities:

• Quality Assurance:

• Oversee the quality control process for U Stamp-certified pressure vessels and heat exchangers.
• Ensure adherence to ASME standards and industry regulations throughout the manufacturing process.
• Develop and implement quality control procedures to identify and rectify deviations.

• Inspection & Testing:

• Perform detailed inspections and testing of materials, components, and finished products to meet U Stamp requirements.
• Coordinate with production teams to verify that processes align with engineering specifications.
• Maintain comprehensive inspection records, including test reports and compliance documentation.

• Process Improvement:

• Identify areas for process optimization and recommend improvements to enhance product quality and reduce defects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure continuous improvement in quality management.

• Documentation & Compliance:

• Ensure that all quality documentation, including certification and traceability records, is accurately maintained.
• Support the preparation for audits and ensure compliance with ASME and other relevant standards.
