Quality Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain

  PPAP documentation

  as per customer and industry requirements.
• Manage and update all

  Audit and ISO Documentation

  to meet compliance standards.
• Implement, monitor, and improve the

  Quality Management System (QMS)

  across departments.
• Conduct

  SPC (Statistical Process Control) analysis

  to ensure product consistency and quality.
• Provide

  training and development

  to staff on quality systems, procedures, and tools.
• Participate in internal and external

  quality audits

  and support audit readiness.
• Identify root causes for quality issues and implement corrective/preventive actions.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to ensure process and product compliance.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of

  PPAP documentation

  and submission process
• Experience in

  ISO 9001 / IATF 16949

  documentation and compliance
• Proficient in

  SPC tools and data interpretation

• Hands-on experience in

  audit preparation and documentation

• Knowledge of

  QMS implementation and maintenance

• Excellent

  problem-solving and analytical skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to train and mentor team members on quality-related processes

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Industrial or related field preferred)
• 3–5 years of experience in a quality assurance or quality engineering role
