Job Description

Job Summary:

Quality Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and maintain quality standards, procedures, and controls for products or services.
Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
Conduct quality audits (internal and external) and inspections to ensure compliance with company and industry standards.
Review engineering and production documentation for compliance with quality standards.
Work with design and manufacturing teams to ensure quality is built into products from the start.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), such as defect rates, test results, and product quality metrics.

Preferred Qualifications:

Certification in quality (CQE, Six Sigma Green/Black Belt, or similar).
Experience with ERP or QMS software.
Knowledge of manufacturing processes, lean principles, or software QA methodologies (for software-focused roles).
Experience working in highly regulated industries (e.g., automotive, medical devices, aerospace, or software).
