Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Quality System Implementation:
Develop, implement, and maintain quality control systems and procedures.
Ensure compliance with ISO standards and customer-specific requirements.
Inspection & Testing:
Supervise in-process and final inspection of components like hydraulic cylinders, manifold blocks, and powerpacks.
Ensure usage and calibration of measuring instruments (Vernier, Micrometer, Bore gauge, etc.)
Documentation & Reporting:
Maintain quality records including inspection reports, NCRs, CAPA, and internal audits.
Prepare quality reports and metrics for management review.
Team Management:
Lead and train quality inspectors and technicians.
Allocate responsibilities and ensure adherence to QA/QC procedures.
Customer Interaction:
Address customer complaints and conduct root cause analysis.
Coordinate with production and design teams for corrective and preventive actions.
Process Improvement:
Monitor process quality and suggest improvements.
Drive initiatives for reduction of rework/rejection and enhance product consistency.
Supplier Quality:
Evaluate and audit vendors for incoming material quality.
Work with suppliers for defect resolution and material consistency.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
