Job Summary

We are hiring experienced Quality Engineers to join our Core & Services QE team. If you have a strong telecom background, particularly in 4G, 5G, IMS, Packet Core, and quality engineering, we want to hear from you. This role involves testing telecom services end-to-end, including billing, provisioning, activation, and service validation.

Mandatory Requirements

• ✅ Minimum 4+ years of experience in Quality Engineering or Telecom Testing
• ✅ Must have experience in Telecom domain (4G, 5G, IMS, Packet Core, etc.)
• ✅ Immediate joiners only
• Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and execute test strategies, plans, and cases for functional, integration, and end-to-end testing
• Validate telecom services including subscriber provisioning, prepaid/postpaid charging, broadband (MBC), roaming, and activation flows
• Generate and validate test traffic (Voice, SMS, Data); verify CDR (Call Detail Record) creation
• Perform manual and automated testing of APIs (REST, SOAP, XML, JSON) and service UIs
• Use diagnostic tools like Wireshark to troubleshoot network/service issues
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including vendors, product managers, and developers
• Track and report testing progress using tools like JIRA, qTest, and Confluence
• Perform regression testing, track defects, and participate in root cause analysis
• Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes
• Required Skills and Experience
• Strong understanding of telecom protocols: SIP, DIAMETER, SS7, HTTP/S, TCP/UDP, MSRP, LDAP, IPv4/IPv6
• Hands-on experience with telecom billing systems (e.g., SAMSON) and subscriber provisioning platforms (Nokia, Ericsson)
• Knowledge of IMS, EMM, Packet Core, PCRF, GGSN
• Familiarity with Linux/Unix environments, basic scripting (Python/Java/Groovy)
• Working knowledge of SQL and MongoDB
• Experience with cloud/DevOps tools like Docker and Kubernetes is a plus
• Strong communication skills; able to coordinate with technical and non-technical teams
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

Pay: ₹73,794.03 - ₹88,870.23 per year
