Quality Engineer

As a Quality Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and precision of every engineering construction activity related to Civil, Architectural, and Structural disciplines. Your responsibilities will include: - Being accountable for the QA/QC documents of the entire project, which involves managing certificates, calibration, test results, inspection requests, non-compliance reports, site instructions/observations, and other essential QA/QC documents. - Developing and establishing standards for inspections and tests, overseeing testing methods, and upholding high-quality standards across all processes. - Reviewing the quality of materials on-site, ensuring compliance with project specifications, and collaborating with the procurement department for quality materials. - Supervising the implementation of test and inspection schedules, ensuring procedural adherence, and conducting quality audits in coordination with various teams. - Assisting employees in understanding quality standards, ensuring compliance with quality manuals and procedures, and working with contractors and suppliers to maintain system quality. - Managing equipment lifting, hazardous material storage, and conducting quality audits as per the required schedule. - Monitoring project activities, analyzing processes, and maintaining an efficient system to ensure work meets quality standards. - Managing work methods, staying informed about quality assurance standards, ensuring continuous application of quality assurance processes, and suggesting corrective actions for operations. - Developing a method statement for activities, including risk assessment, job safety environmental analysis, and Inspection Test Plan and Checklist as per project specifications. - Collaborating with the Technical Engineer for material submission to the Consultant and coordinating with the Consultant's representative and Site In-charge for inspections.
