We’re Hiring: Quality Engineer – Performance Testing

We are looking for an experienced Quality Engineer

• Design and execute

  performance, load, stress, endurance, and scalability tests

  .
• Collaborate with developers, product owners, and architects to define

  benchmarks & acceptance criteria

  .
• Use tools like

  JMeter, LoadRunner, Gatling, k6, BlazeMeter

  to simulate real-world scenarios.
• Monitor system resources and analyze performance results to identify bottlenecks.
• Provide optimization recommendations and collaborate with DevOps/infrastructure teams.
• Integrate performance testing into

  CI/CD pipelines

  for continuous validation.
• Stay updated with emerging tools, trends, and best practices in performance engineering.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent experience.

• 5+ years

  of hands-on experience in performance testing.
• Proficiency with

  performance testing tools

  (JMeter, LoadRunner, Gatling, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of

  software architecture (web, APIs, microservices, cloud apps)

  .
• Experience with scripting (Java, Python, Groovy, or similar).
• Familiarity with monitoring/APM tools (Dynatrace, Grafana, New Relic, AppDynamics).
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and SQL/database performance optimization.

• Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) experience.
• Capacity planning & performance tuning.
• Knowledge of containerized environments (

  Docker, Kubernetes

  ).
• Exposure to security and reliability testing.
