 ✅ Manage end-to-end recruitment for India & US markets

 ✅ Source from Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, Naukri & more

 ✅ Screen candidates for US visa categories (H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, Citizen) & Indian compliance

 ✅ Collaborate with hiring managers and close niche technical roles

✨ What We’re Looking For:

 ✔ Minimum 5 years of experience in Technical Recruitment (US + India)

 ✔ Strong knowledge of US work permits & India hiring practices

 ✔ Excellent communication & negotiation skills

 ✔ Hands-on experience with sourcing tools & job boards

 ✔ Must demonstrate flexibility to manage working hours that accommodate recruitment across US and India markets
