Job Description

We are looking for Quality Engineers with foundational experience in OTT devices and streaming technologies. The ideal candidate should have exposure to testing across multiple platforms, basic troubleshooting skills, and familiarity with debugging tools such as Charles Proxy or Fiddler.

Key Responsibilities

• Validate OTT platforms on various devices, focusing on video playback, adaptive bitrate (ABR), and streaming workflows.
• Use network analysis tools (Charles Proxy, Fiddler) for traffic inspection, throttling, and troubleshooting content quality and ad validation.
• Perform streaming tests on Web, Android, iOS, tablets, Roku, Smart TVs, consoles, and STBs, ensuring compatibility across OS versions.
• Validate API services using Postman and interpret HTTP error codes for backend integration.
• Utilize tools like JIRA, TestRail, and Confluence for test management and reporting.
• Maintain theoretical knowledge of OTT ecosystems, including CMS, CDN, DRM, and backend systems.
