Job Description

Job Title: Senior Engineer – QA/QC (MIVAN) Location: Pune, Maharashtra Company: Moraya Group Experience: 5+ years (Residential / MIVAN Construction) Qualification: Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Civil Construction. Post Graduation / other certifications will be appreciated. About the Role: We are looking for a Senior Quality Engineer with strong experience in MIVAN and high-rise residential projects. The role involves ensuring quality standards, conducting inspections, and leading QA/QC activities on-site. Key Responsibilities: Oversee QA/QC processes across all construction stages. Monitor MIVAN formwork (alignment, shuttering, de-shuttering, finish). Conduct inspections for RCC, civil, finishing, waterproofing, and concrete works. Ensure compliance with IS codes and project specifications. Review test reports and maintain QA/QC documentation. Coordinate with site teams to resolve quality issues. Requirements: BE/Diploma in Civil Engineering. 5+ years QA/QC experience in residential projects. MIVAN experience preferred. Good knowledge of IS codes, QA/QC standards, and documentation. Proficient in MS Office/AutoCAD; strong communication skills. Preferred: Experience with reputed developers/contractors. Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015.
