Quality Engineer

Job Profile:

• Define and direct the quality assurance programs, including all regulatory and organization requirement.
• Establish procedures and integrated program plans for achieving and maintaining the quality management system ISO.
• Determine and enforce quality and reliability requirements in accordance with engineering specifications, approval listing, contracts and established procedures.
• Maintain management awareness of quality issues, cost and promote quality improvements and cost reduction activity.
• Provide incoming, in-process, and final inspection acceptance for all the product of the organization.
• Acquire and develop the necessary resource skills to fulfill all quality functions.
• Allocate department resources and manage project and resource priorities.
• Suggest new quality system and procedures to keep abreast of changing technology and business climate.
• Quality of work like DPT (Dye penetration test), RT (Radiographic test), Painting and Coating of piping products.
• Handling material Inspection Reports.
• Setting inspection test plan for the project (ITP)
• Actively work on ERP
