Position Summary

As a Quality Engineer at Infrascapes LLP, you will ensure the highest standards of product quality throughout the manufacturing cycle. You will work closely with design, production, inspection, and supply teams to implement quality processes, perform inspections, and drive continuous improvement in product performance and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and enforce quality control standards for incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products.
• Conduct systematic inspections of outdoor furniture, play equipment, fitness systems, and other manufactured components.
• Identify product and process defects, and work with production/design teams to implement corrective actions (CAPA).
• Perform root cause analysis using quality tools (5 Whys, Fishbone, etc.).
• Maintain documentation including quality plans, inspection checklists, non-conformance reports, and audit records.
• Support supplier quality performance monitoring and feedback.
• Coordinate with suppliers to address quality issues and ensure material conformance.
• Implement and monitor key quality performance indicators (KPIs).
• Assist in internal and external quality audits.
• Promote quality awareness through training of operators and team members.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong understanding of quality concepts and manufacturing quality control.
• Ability to read engineering drawings, specifications, and standards.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and quality reporting tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail with commitment to high quality.
