Job Description:

We are looking for a Quality Engineer to join our dynamic team in Pithampur. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring product quality, implementing quality standards, and continuously improving processes to meet customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct quality checks and inspections during production.
• Maintain and update quality documentation and reports.
• Identify and resolve quality issues with cross-functional teams.
• Ensure compliance with ISO standards and other quality systems.
• Support root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in the production process.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical or related engineering field.
• 1–5 years of experience in a manufacturing/automotive industry.
• Strong knowledge of quality tools (7QC, CAPA, 5 Why, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with inspection instruments and gauges.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of IATF/ISO documentation.
• Familiar with process & product audits.
• Basic understanding of APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, and SPC.
