In process Quality Control Gauges / Fixtures & Instruments Management Monitoring of Process and Product Parameter and Management. Validation of Product Parameter for Improvement and New Development. Monitoring & Maintaining the laboratory equipments Analysis of Major Rejection and Planning the Corrective action plan & Implementation. Conducting Daily Meeting for Major Rejection & Generating Quality Alert and News Conducting Off the job & ON the Job training for QC Inspectors & Skill Evaluation. 3C & 5S Management Incoming Quality Control Incoming Inspection of Parts as per Sampling Standard Monitoring Rejection of 100% Inspection Parts and sharing the report Weekly monitoring of scrap and its movement accountability Raising the QPIR for supplier complaints Coordinating of Supplier & SQ Mark Auditing Verification of Supplier Inspection reports & Test Certificates Manpower handling of Incoming Inspections Responsible for Incoming measuring Equipment,. Verification of Supplier ISIR & its reports. Role & responsibilities Preferred candidate profile
