Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Quality Coordinator to join our team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in quality assurance, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Coordinate and implement quality control processes to ensure high standards of service delivery.
Develop and maintain quality metrics and reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with teams to resolve customer complaints and concerns promptly and professionally.
Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Provide training and coaching to team members on quality procedures and best practices.

Job Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in quality assurance or a related field.
Strong knowledge of quality management principles and practices.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
Experience with quality control software and systems is an asset.
