Duties & Responsibilities

· Maintain professional appearance and personal conduct at all times, perform duties as assigned.

· Issue and documentation of policies.

· Deal with all matters concerning quality management system, improvement, accreditation of the health care service.

· Function as apex committee for monitoring performance indicators.

· Plan and act for continuous quality improvement of hospital.

· Periodical assessment and audit of hospital’s various departments on quality and arrive at a score for the facility.

· Ensuring that the hospital meets all regulatory compliances.

· Plan, schedule and execute various committee meetings of hospital.

· Arrange and conduct training sessions for employees and ensure quality improvement in their specific fields.

· Feedback analysis of IP/OP patients.

Requirements

Education: MHA / MBA in healthcare management

Experience: Minimum 1 year in hospital quality management

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
