Quality Officer

Job Title: Quality Officer
Location: Kottayam, Thalayolaparambu
Employment Type: Full-Time
Experience Required: Minimum 2 Years

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and ensure compliance with healthcare quality standards.
• Conduct internal audits, inspections, and risk assessments to ensure adherence to clinical safety and quality protocols.
• Assist in developing, reviewing, and implementing hospital policies, procedures, and quality improvement plans.
• Collect, analyze, and report on quality indicators, incident reports, and patient feedback.
• Facilitate Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Support departmental quality improvement initiatives and accreditation readiness.
• Conduct training and awareness sessions for staff on quality standards and patient safety.
• Collaborate with clinical and non-clinical departments to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.
• Participate in infection control, patient safety, and clinical audit committees.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree preferred
• Minimum 2 years of experience in hospital quality management or healthcare accreditation.
• Knowledge of healthcare quality standards
• Familiarity with clinical risk management, patient safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
