Team Leadership Lead, train, and develop QA/QC team members. Assign responsibilities and monitor performance of quality personnel. Promote a culture of quality awareness and continuous improvement. Quality Management System Develop, implement, and maintain Quality Management Systems (QMS) Ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory, and customer-specific quality requirements. Lead internal and external audits and ensure timely closure of non-conformances. Product & Process Quality Oversee quality control of raw materials, in-process production, and finished goods . Approve specifications, test methods, and quality plans for construction chemical products (admixtures, waterproofing chemicals, tile adhesives, coatings, etc.). Ensure process controls and corrective actions to prevent quality deviations Laboratory & Testing Manage QC laboratory operations, testing equipment, and calibration schedules. Review and approve test results, COAs, and product release documentation. Introduce new test methods and improve testing accuracy and efficiency.
