Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Quality Control & Quality Assurance Manager from the Pharma or Perfumery industry to lead our QC/QA operations in Indore. The ideal candidate should bring strong technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and a stable career background. This role is key to maintaining product quality, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving innovation through analytical techniques like GC-MS.

Key Responsibilities:

· Lead the QC and QA departments, managing a team of 8-10 Lab and R&D professionals.

· Oversee implementation and adherence to quality management systems and SOPs.

· Conduct and supervise analysis using GC-MS and other analytical instruments.

· Ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory standards (GMP, GLP, etc.).

· Prepare, review, and maintain quality documentation, reports, and audits.

· Investigate deviations, manage CAPA, and support regulatory inspections.

· Liaise with cross-functional teams for quality improvement initiatives.

· Drive continuous training and mentoring of lab and QA staff.

· Ensure strict adherence to safety and hygiene protocols in lab operations.

Candidate Requirements:

· Minimum 5+ years of experience in Quality Control and Quality Assurance in Pharma or Perfumery industry.

· Proven experience managing a team of at least 8-10 lab and R&D personnel.

· Hands-on experience with GC-MS is mandatory.

· Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.

· Preference for candidates with stable career history and long-term contributions in past roles.

· Candidates currently or previously employed with MNC Pharma companies in Indore are highly preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹83,333.00 - ₹125,000.00 per month
