Job Description:
Conduct quality checks on raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure compliance with industry standards and company specifications.
Monitor and maintain hygiene, GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), and safety standards in the production area.
Perform physical, chemical, and microbiological analysis of beverage samples.
Prepare and maintain QC reports, records, and documentation as per SOPs.
Coordinate with the production team to identify quality issues and implement corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with FSSAI, ISO, HACCP, and other regulatory requirements.
Assist in calibration and maintenance of laboratory equipment.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and consistency.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Microbiology, Chemistry, or related field.
2–3 years of QC experience in the beverage/food processing industry.
Knowledge of quality standards, food safety regulations, and laboratory testing methods.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
Willingness to work in a fast-paced production environment.
