Quality Controller

In this role you will be responsible for:

• Identify and correct typographical errors, punctuation errors, spelling and formatting inconsistencies as well as comparing documents for uniformity
  

• Perform quality assurance in both hard copy as well as on\-line to validate compliance with client specific templates, standards and styles
  

• Ensure projects are handled to the highest degree of precision, keeping in mind client specifications and deadlines with high standards of accuracy and quality
  

• Disseminate client feedback to the DS\/GD\/QC
  

• Identify training needs for QCs\/GDs\/DS
  

• Conduct spot checks on all QCs from time\-to\-time during the project lifecycle
  

• Responsible for ensuring completion and accuracy of the QCs\productivity and activity reports at the end of each shift
  

• Analyze client feedback\/provide accurate reports\/analysis to the CM
  

• Assist the CM in preparing service recoveries as required by the client
  

• Adhere to print and electronic security and physical access procedures
  

• Ensure process adherence through entire cell\/ shift
  

• Check feedback on daily basis
  

• Grading all pages and reporting errors in production level reports
  

• Raise any discrepancy with the CSE for clarification
  

• Sign off all projects before client delivery
  

• Does the FTR for the production resources
  

• Does the AOQ of the team
