Quality Controller

As a Food Quality Control Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and quality of our food products. Your responsibilities will include: - Conducting physical, chemical, and sensory tests on raw materials, in-process goods, and finished products to ensure they meet specifications and standards. - Ensuring compliance with food safety regulations and quality management systems. - Utilizing laboratory tests and quality control equipment proficiently. - Supervising production lines and facilities to maintain safe food handling practices. - Leading and participating in quality audits to uphold standards. - Investigating quality issues, performing root cause analysis, and implementing corrective and preventive actions. - Maintaining detailed records of inspections, tests, and findings for review by management and regulatory authorities. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive quality initiatives and resolve issues. - Training and mentoring staff on food safety and quality control procedures. Qualifications required for this role: - Graduation In Food Technology, Chemistry, or Microbiology (Education) - 3 years of experience in Quality Control (Experience) - Knowledge of export standards and documentation considered an advantage - Strong understanding of food safety regulations and quality management systems - Attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and ability to work independently and collaboratively - Proficiency in performing laboratory tests and using quality control equipment - Familiarity with regulatory compliance such as HACCP and FSSAI standards This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits including health insurance and Provident Fund.
