Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Inspect raw materials, in-process items, and finished products on the production line.
Measure and test products against set specifications and quality standards.
Identify, record, and report defects, deviations, or non-conformities.
Communicate findings with supervisors and production staff to ensure corrective actions.
Recommend and support process improvements to prevent recurring issues.
Maintain accurate inspection records and prepare quality reports.
Ensure compliance with company, customer, and regulatory quality requirements.

Required Skills:

Strong attention to detail and observational skills.
Ability to identify defects and suggest practical solutions.
Effective communication and reporting skills.
Problem-solving attitude and ability to work in a team environment.

Qualifications:

Minimum 10th pass / Diploma in Textile / Mechanical / Quality Management or related field.
2 plus years of experience in quality control (preferably in textiles/garments/manufacturing industry).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
