Quality Controller

As a Quality Control (QC) at the bakery in Gurugram, Sector 34, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of bakery products. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will be key in monitoring the production process and maintaining food safety standards. **Key Responsibilities:** - Conduct quality checks on raw materials, in-process production, and finished bakery products. - Monitor baking procedures to ensure consistency in taste, texture, and presentation. - Implement and maintain food safety standards, including hygiene and sanitation regulations. - Identify defects or inconsistencies and report them to the production team. - Maintain documentation of inspections, test results, and quality control measures. - Collaborate with production staff to improve product quality and reduce waste. - Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies. - Suggest improvements in processes to enhance efficiency and quality. **Requirements:** - MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN BAKERY. - Previous experience in a bakery or food production quality control role preferred. - Knowledge of food safety standards such as FSSAI, HACCP, or ISO. - Strong attention to detail and analytical skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. - Good communication and teamwork skills. - Basic computer skills for reporting and documentation. - Experience in IPQC, batch testing, RM/PM Check at warehouse, daily hygiene monitoring, FIFO monitoring, personal hygiene monitoring, product core temperature checking, and checklist filling.
