You will be responsible for maintaining the food inventory updated on a daily basis in cooperation with the Provision Master. This includes conducting spot-checks on the Kitchens rotating stock-takes and checking storing operations on the pier. You will be required to input all requisitions into the computer and ensure that not a single item leaves the stores without a requisition. Additionally, you will need to account for any stock transfer between onboard locations and conduct audits of Physical Stocks. At the end of each cruise, you will prepare a voyage report to be signed by the F&B Manager and sent to the shore side office. Your duties will also involve the day-to-day supervision and management of the responsibilities detailed above, as well as running end-of-the-day checks on all workstations and distributing daily production reports as necessary.
