Role Overview: As a Multi-store Manager, you will be directing a multi-unit portfolio of stores by planning achievable action plans and ensuring consistent implementation. Your main responsibility will be to develop diverse teams that understand their markets, communities, and customers. Working alongside store managers, your primary focus will be on managing store operations, driving financial success, building great teams, and creating a vibrant hub in and around your locality.
