Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Quality Controller who will be responsible for monitoring and ensuring the quality of materials, workmanship, and construction processes at project sites. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a deep understanding of civil construction standards, and a commitment to delivering top-quality results that align with project requirements and industry regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement quality control procedures and inspection plans for ongoing projects.
• Monitor and inspect construction materials, workmanship, and structural elements to ensure compliance with project specifications, standards, and codes.
• Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify defects or deviations from quality standards.
• Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, and contractors to address quality-related issues promptly.
• Maintain proper documentation of quality checks, test reports, and non-compliance records.
• Ensure that all construction activities meet internal quality benchmarks and relevant safety standards.
• Review technical drawings, specifications, and materials prior to execution.
• Assist in the selection and approval of construction materials by coordinating with suppliers and consultants.
• Provide training and guidance to site staff on quality control procedures and industry best practices.
• Liaise with third-party inspection agencies, consultants, and clients during quality audits.
• Ensure that corrective and preventive actions are implemented to address recurring quality issues.
• Generate quality reports and updates for management and clients at regular intervals.

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in quality control/assurance in the construction industry.
• Thorough knowledge of construction materials, quality testing methods, and IS/ISO standards.
• Familiarity with QA/QC documentation, procedures, and compliance audits.
• Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and quality management tools.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks on active construction sites.
• Willingness to travel and relocate based on project location.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
