Quality Control Technician

As a Quality Control Technician based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, your primary responsibility will be to ensure that boxes manufactured from coated paper consistently meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and performance. You will be involved in inspecting finished products for coating quality, printing accuracy, cutting precision, folding integrity, and overall appearance. Additionally, you will conduct oil & grease resistance (KIT) testing, supervise conversion processes, and verify the quality of incoming raw materials such as coated paper, corrugated boxes, and wrapping materials. To excel in this role, you must possess a Diploma in Plastics/Polymer Technology from CIPET (or equivalent) and have at least 3 years of industry experience. Freshers with a strong technical aptitude may also be considered. Prior experience in the packaging industry will be preferred. In this position, you will play a crucial role in maintaining quality control operations by recording and maintaining inspection reports for various stages of production. Your ability to report defects, rejections, and corrective actions will contribute to continuous improvement efforts within the organization.
