QC Technician

Analysis of stability samples, Finish Product samples & working standard qualification activity as per the defined procedure & monograph.
Deep knowledge about the HPLC, GC, KF, Auto titrator, Vacuum open operation procedure as well as troubleshooting by following the GLP practices.
Maintaining a system of methods and specification for all materials and products.
Data filling and maintaining the logbooks, certificate, stability report and stability data in archive.
To initiate the LIR / OOS if any procedural gap related with SOP / monograph during routine activity.
Qualifications of all analytical instruments should be maintained in stability Section.
Follow the defined safety procedure during day-to-day activity in laboratory.

Minimum Required Skills:

Solid understanding of
Quality Control procedures.
Strong knowledge of
GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices)
and
GLP (Good Laboratory Practices).
Hands-on expertise with
HPLC
,
GC
,
KF
,
Auto titrator
, and
Vacuum oven operations.
Ability to handle instrument troubleshooting and follow documentation protocols.Qualifications
