This open position is for Armanino India LLP. Armanino India LLP is a fully owned subsidiary of Armanino (USA).

Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular reviews of engagements for compliance with BOS policies, internal processes, and quality control standards to detect deficiencies.
  • Evaluate documentation for completeness, accuracy, and consistency.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of the quality control system, including policies, procedures, and monitoring results.
  • Identify and communicate quality issues or deficiencies to engagement teams and leadership.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of quality control policies, procedures, and training to ensure compliance with professional standards.
  • Monitor and report on quality trends and recommend improvements.
  • Collaborate with engagement teams to resolve complex accounting issues.
  • Identify quality risks that could impact the firm’s ability to deliver high-quality services.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations and standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in public accounting, with a focus in accounting, audit, or assurance.
  • Familiarity with GAAP, PCAOB, and AICPA standards.
  • Experience with internal or external quality reviews is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to provide feedback.
  • Commitment to fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement
