Quality Control Specialist

As a Quality Control (QC) Executive / Officer at Golden Bird Healthcare Pvt. Ltd. Dental Materials Division, your role will involve the following key responsibilities: Role Overview: Golden Bird Healthcare Pvt. Ltd. Dental Materials Division is a rapidly growing dental materials startup dedicated to manufacturing, trading, and exporting premium-quality dental consumables and equipment. The company's product portfolio includes a wide range of dental products, and they are driven by innovation, quality, and clinical reliability. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct quality inspections at all stages of production: Raw Materials, In-Process (Semi-Finished), and Finished Products. - Perform dispatch audits to ensure product compliance before shipment. - Execute physical and chemical testing to verify quality standards, including pH measurement, viscosity, mesh size, density, and other relevant parameters. - Prepare, maintain, and update inspection reports, test records, and documentation in compliance with ISO 13485 and other regulatory standards. - Oversee calibration, maintenance, and validation of laboratory instruments and testing equipment. - Identify process gaps, propose corrective/preventive actions, and collaborate with production and R&D teams to implement solutions. - Contribute to the development of SOPs, quality manuals, and inspection protocols. Qualification Required: - M.Sc. in Applied/Organic Chemistry (First Division). - 2-4 years of experience in Quality Control / Laboratory Testing in the Chemical, Pharma, or Dental Materials industry. - Freshers with strong fundamentals and a keen interest in QC are encouraged to apply.
