Quality Control Officer

Job Title: Quality Control Executive / Officer – Herbal Extracts

Experience: 3–5 Years

Key Responsibilities

✅ Sampling & testing of raw materials, in-process & finished herbal extracts
✅ Perform HPLC/GC/UV/FTIR/Moisture/Microbial testing.✅ Prepare & review Certificate of Analysis (CoA), MOA, STP, and test reports✅ Maintain analytical documentation as per GLP & GMP✅ Calibration & maintenance of lab instruments✅ Stability study sampling, testing & reporting✅ Ensure compliance with SOPs, specifications & regulatory guidelines✅ Handling OOS, deviations & retesting procedures✅ Support internal/external audits

Required Skills

✔ Strong knowledge of standardized herbal extracts & phytochemicals
✔ Hands-on experience with HPLC (must), GC/UV (preferred)✔ Understanding of pharmacopeias, FSSAI, AYUSH guidelines✔ Good documentation, analytical & reporting skills✔ Familiar with RM/PM/FP testing & sampling plans

Qualification

B.Sc./M.Sc. – Chemistry, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Pharmacy

Salary Range

₹1.5 – ₹7.5 LPA (depending on skills & location)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹502,442.46 per year
