Job Description

Job Overview We are hiring a Quality Control Manager to lead and manage food safety, quality checks, and compliance across our production unit. The role involves overseeing inspections, ensuring hygiene standards, and working closely with production to deliver safe, high-quality products. What You’ll Do Monitor raw materials, in-process, and final product quality. Conduct internal audits and handle regulatory inspections Identify defects, suggest improvements, and implement corrective actions Maintain records, SOPs, and quality reports Train QC staff and production teams on hygiene & quality protocols Coordinate with production, R&D, and supply teams for smooth operations Requirements Degree in Food Technology, Microbiology, or related field Minimum 1 yr of QC experience in food manufacturing Strong knowledge of food safety standards and lab testing Must own a two-wheeler Positive attitude, team player & willingness to learn new systems Strong leadership and reporting skills
