Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Quality Control Manager, located in Udaipur. The Quality Control Manager will be responsible for overseeing the quality inspection process from raw material procurement to final product delivery. Daily responsibilities include conducting quality audits, implementing quality management systems, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. The role also involves training and supervising quality control staff, maintaining documentation records, and identifying areas for process improvement to ensure high product standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in Quality Control, Quality Assurance, and Quality Audits
• Proficiency in implementing and monitoring Quality Management Systems
• Strong knowledge of industry standards and compliance requirements
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field
• Experience in the stone industry is a plus
• Good communication and documentation skills
