Job Title: Quality Control Inspector

Job Summary

The QC Inspector ensures that products and processes meet established quality standards before release. This role involves inspecting raw materials, in-process components, and finished goods using precision tools and documentation protocols.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect and test materials, components, and finished products for defects and compliance with specifications
• Use measuring instruments like calipers, micrometers, and gauges to verify dimensions
• Document inspection results and maintain detailed records for traceability
• Identify and report non-conformities and recommend corrective actions
• Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues and improve processes
• Ensure compliance with ISO standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements
• Conduct audits and participate in continuous improvement initiatives
• Train production staff on quality standards and inspection techniques

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications

Education

Must have Diploma or B E Mechanical

Experience

Maximum 3(three) years.

Salary up to 3.5 LPA CTC
