Quality Check Inspector

🧥 Key Responsibilities

• Conduct

  on-site inspections

  at our stitching units (primarily in Delhi–NCR).
• Examine garments in-depth for:
• Fabric quality and durability
• Stitching accuracy and thread consistency
• Sizing and fitting as per approved samples
• Finishing, labeling, and ironing quality
• Packaging and presentation standards
• Identify defects and ensure corrective measures are taken immediately.
• Maintain daily QC reports and communicate updates with the production and operations teams.
• Coordinate with the production manager and vendors to uphold consistent quality across batches.
• Ensure that every uniform represents the reliability and reputation of AVR Uniforms.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 6-7 years of experience in garment quality inspection (preferably schoolwear or apparel manufacturing).
• Strong understanding of

  fabric types, stitching methods, and finishing techniques

  .
• Ability to identify production flaws and suggest practical corrections.
• Willingness to travel
• Detail-oriented, disciplined, and committed to quality excellence.
