🧵 Quality Check Inspector – Garment Manufacturing (School Uniforms) 📍 Location: Naraina Vihar, Delhi 🏢 Company: AVR Uniforms About Us AVR Uniforms is one of India’s leading school uniform companies with a strong presence across India and the Gulf (Kuwait, Qatar, Oman, Bahrain). We supply premium-quality uniforms to top schools and are expanding rapidly in international markets. We’re looking for a Quality Check Inspector who will ensure every garment leaving our manufacturing units meets the AVR standard of excellence. 🧥 Key Responsibilities Conduct on-site inspections at our stitching units (primarily in Delhi–NCR). Examine garments in-depth for: Fabric quality and durability Stitching accuracy and thread consistency Sizing and fitting as per approved samples Finishing, labeling, and ironing quality Packaging and presentation standards Identify defects and ensure corrective measures are taken immediately. Maintain daily QC reports and communicate updates with the production and operations teams. Coordinate with the production manager and vendors to uphold consistent quality across batches. Ensure that every uniform represents the reliability and reputation of AVR Uniforms. 🎯 Requirements Minimum 6-7 years of experience in garment quality inspection (preferably schoolwear or apparel manufacturing). Strong understanding of fabric types, stitching methods, and finishing techniques . Ability to identify production flaws and suggest practical corrections.
