Job Description

As a Quality Control Executive in the lithium-ion battery industry with 12 years of experience, your responsibilities will include: - Conducting quality checks and inspections on incoming materials, in-process components, and finished lithium-ion battery products. - Monitoring and documenting test results to ensure compliance with industry and company standards. - Identifying defects, suggesting corrective actions, and supporting root cause analysis. - Collaborating with production and R&D teams to maintain product quality and consistency. - Maintaining and calibrating testing equipment as per schedule. - Preparing and maintaining QC reports and documentation as required.
