Quality Control Executive – Job Description

We are hiring a Quality Control Executive to ensure that all raw materials, in-process, and finished products of our natural hair care and herbal range (www.dkihenna.com) meet defined quality standards. The role requires routine testing, documentation, and strict adherence to GMP and regulatory guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct physical, chemical, and microbiological testing of raw materials, packaging, and finished products.
• Maintain accurate QC records, reports, and documentation as per SOPs.
• Monitor in-process quality during manufacturing to ensure compliance.
• Identify deviations, report non-conformities, and support corrective actions.
• Calibrate and maintain laboratory instruments.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, ISO, and customer quality requirements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Microbiology, Pharmacy, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in QC, preferably in FMCG, herbal, or cosmetics industry.
• Strong knowledge of quality testing methods and laboratory practices.
• Detail-oriented with good documentation and reporting skills.
