Job Description

As a Zonal Sales Manager for North India at D.K Industries under the "Shagun Gold" brand, you will be responsible for driving sales, expanding market share, and leading a team of sales professionals across the Northern zone. Your primary focus will be on developing and executing sales strategies to achieve regional sales goals, establishing strong relationships with distributors and business partners, and ensuring smooth operations to maximize sales and brand visibility. Your key responsibilities will include: - Developing and executing a sales strategy to drive revenue growth in North India, covering states like Delhi, Uttar Pradesh, Punjab, Haryana, Rajasthan, etc. - Identifying new market opportunities and building a strong sales pipeline. - Leading a team of Area Sales Managers (ASMs) and Sales Officers (SOs) to achieve regional sales targets. - Building and maintaining strong relationships with distributors and clients to ensure mutual growth objectives are met. - Monitoring and analyzing sales performance, providing detailed reports to senior management on progress, challenges, and opportunities. - Collaborating with the marketing team to promote Shagun Gold's products through various brand-building activities. Qualifications & Experience: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. MBA is a plus. - Minimum 5-7 years of sales experience in the Beauty & Cosmetics industry, with at least 3 years in a managerial role. - Proven experience in managing large sales teams and overseeing sales operations across multiple states. - Strong understanding of the North India market, including customer preferences and distribution networks. Skills: - Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a focus on driving results and developing talent. - Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills with distributors and clients. - Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to make informed business decisions. - Proficiency in CRM software and sales management tools.
