Quality Control Engineer - Real Estate

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role QAQC Engineer based in Mumbai. The QC Engineer will be responsible for quality inspection of civil works in residential Mivan shuttering and conventional projects, ensuring compliance with drawings, codes, and specifications.

Key Responsibilities

·       Conduct daily inspections of shuttering, reinforcement, concreting, finishing works.

·       Prepare ITPs, MTPs, checklists, NCRs, and inspection reports.

·       Verify materials and workmanship as per specifications.

·       Identify non-conformances and recommend corrective actions.

·       Coordinate with contractors and resolve site quality issues.

·       Maintain NCR logs, quality reports, and audit documentation.

Skills & Competencies

·       Expertise in Mivan shuttering & conventional construction.

·       Strong knowledge of QA/QC procedures & IS codes.

·       Report preparation and NCR handling.

·       Strong communication & training ability.

Qualifications

·       BE/Diploma in Civil Engineering.

·       5–8 years of QA/QC experience.
