Quality Control Engineer

K-Nine Writing Systems Pvt. ltd. is a medical device startup, that requires QA/QC engineers that can handle Quality management of critical medical and high-precision components developed by CNC machines. Basic Requirements: - Should be comfortable with alternating weekly day-night shifts. We are not accepting female candidates currently because of this requirement. - Should have at least 3 years of work experience in Quality management. - Should have CNC machining knowledge. - Can keep track of CNC production, raw material inventory, etc. - Can maintain QA/QC reports and documents as per necessary medical standards like ISO, CDSCO, etc. - Can coordinate between the production and assembly teams to ensure smooth production. Preferred experience: - Knows about surface smoothness measurement (Ra/Rz), polishing processes, coating processes, etc. - 5 years of experience as a CNC operator. - Basic experience with CNC coding software like EspiritCAM. - Has done QA/QC for a medical device or high-precision manufacturing company.
