Role Description This is an on-site, full-time role for an Inventory and Accounts Specialist located in Goregaon. The Inventory and Accounts Specialist will be responsible for managing inventory levels, coordinating with distributors, and handling account-related tasks, maintaining the ERP and generating analytics/reports from it. Duties include maintaining accurate inventory records, processing orders, conducting regular stock checks, supporting customer service, and assisting with sales invoicing and financial reporting. Qualifications ERP Next users will be preferred Tally experience is mandatory Strong organizational and time-management skills Good verbal and written communication skills Ability to work independently Regular Responsibilities: Verification of material received from suppliers for specs, quantity and visual quality Verification of weekly production quantity, inventory and sales demand before work order generation through ERP Coordination between sales and production teams Planning material purchase from registered suppliers without involvement of upper management when inventory goes below threshold Creating bills, labels and packages before dispatch of orders and coordination with dispatch team for courier receipts to be shared with the customers. Filing of bills, customer complaint notes, work orders etc. Daily ERP updation Location: Goregaon East Mumbai. Candidates living nearby will be preferred. Sunday Off 10 hour shift: 9AM to 7PM
K-Nine Writing Systems Pvt. ltd. is a medical device startup, that requires QA/QC engineers that can handle Quality management of critical medical and high-precision components developed by CNC machines. Basic Requirements: - Should be comfortable with alternating weekly day-night shifts. We are not accepting female candidates currently because of this requirement. - Should have at least 3 years of work experience in Quality management. - Should have CNC machining knowledge. - Can keep track of CNC production, raw material inventory, etc. - Can maintain QA/QC reports and documents as per necessary medical standards like ISO, CDSCO, etc. - Can coordinate between the production and assembly teams to ensure smooth production. Preferred experience: - Knows about surface smoothness measurement (Ra/Rz), polishing processes, coating processes, etc. - 5 years of experience as a CNC operator. - Basic experience with CNC coding software like EspiritCAM. - Has done QA/QC for a medical device or high-precision manufacturing company.
