Quality Control Engineer

Job Title: Quality Control Executive

Job Summery:

• We are seeking a Quality Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing quality control systems, conducting audits and inspections, and analyzing data to identify areas for improvement.
• Key duties include establishing quality control systems, inspecting raw materials and finished products, identifying and resolving defects, and creating quality documentation and reports

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering (B-Tech).
• Minimum 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in quality control, preferably in the manufacturing of farm equipment or heavy machinery.

Job Responsibilities:

Quality control and assurance:

• Develop and implement quality control systems, set product standards, and perform inspections and audits to ensure compliance.
• Develop and maintain quality documentation, including reports

Process improvement:

• Analyze manufacturing processes to identify defects and implement solutions to improve quality and reduce costs.

Testing and analysis:

• Create and execute test plans to verify that products and systems meet specifications and customer requirements.

Documentation:

• Maintain accurate records of quality issues, inspection reports, test results, and other quality-related documentation.

Collaboration:

• Work with other departments, such as manufacturing and engineering, to address quality issues throughout the product lifecycle.

Supplier management:

• Collaborate with suppliers to ensure that raw materials and components meet the company's quality standards.

Training:

• Train other employees on quality control standards, processes, and procedures.

Key Skills:

• Strong knowledge of quality control processes and standards in a manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with ISO standards, particularly ISO 9001, and experience with the corresponding documentation requirements.
• Excellent communication skills to coordinate with internal and external teams.

Working Conditions:

• 6 days a week; no work-from-home option.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic manufacturing environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
