As a Quality Checker, your role will involve reviewing completed background verification reports to ensure they meet company standards and client expectations. This will include cross-verifying information, identifying discrepancies, and ensuring adherence to timelines and compliance requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Review and validate background verification reports prepared by the operations team. - Ensure all documentation is complete, accurate, and complies with client-specific guidelines. - Cross-check data such as employment history, education credentials, address verifications, criminal checks, and reference verifications. - Identify and flag any discrepancies, errors, or missing information. - Provide feedback to verification executives for corrections and quality improvements. - Collaborate with internal teams to maintain high-quality standards and resolve queries. - Ensure timely completion of reports as per client SLA (Service Level Agreement). - Maintain records of quality audits and suggest process improvements. Required Skills and Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in any discipline. - 1-3 years of experience in background verification, quality control, compliance, or related field. - Strong attention to detail and analytical skills. - Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). - Good communication skills written and verbal. - Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines. - Knowledge of BGV industry processes and standards is a plus. In this role, you will be working full-time with permanent job type, enjoying benefits such as paid sick time and paid time off. The work schedule will be during the day shift, and you will be required to work in person at the specified location.
