As a Quality Checker, your role will involve reviewing completed background verification reports to ensure they meet company standards and client expectations. This will include cross-verifying information, identifying discrepancies, and ensuring adherence to timelines and compliance requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Review and validate background verification reports prepared by the operations team. - Ensure all documentation is complete, accurate, and complies with client-specific guidelines. - Cross-check data such as employment history, education credentials, address verifications, criminal checks, and reference verifications. - Identify and flag any discrepancies, errors, or missing information. - Provide feedback to verification executives for corrections and quality improvements. - Collaborate with internal teams to maintain high-quality standards and resolve queries. - Ensure timely completion of reports as per client SLA (Service Level Agreement). - Maintain records of quality audits and suggest process improvements. Required Skills and Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in any discipline. - 1-3 years of experience in background verification, quality control, compliance, or related field. - Strong attention to detail and analytical skills. - Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). - Good communication skills written and verbal. - Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines. - Knowledge of BGV industry processes and standards is a plus.
